My name is Misty Murphy, and I am a Southern Utah real estate agent specializing in residential relocation and investments. I enjoy representing both buyers and sellers on residential properties and land, from the first time home buyer to clients who are exploring the luxury market. I have closed on over $48M in properties in the 8 years of my real estate career. Prior to becoming an agent, I worked as a high value home appraiser for insurance purposes. In my 11 years as an inspector, I inspected and valued over 8,000 homes across the US. With that incredible experience under my belt, I am able to identify unique features of homes and construction details, and also hazards and possible concerns for clients. In 2016 I decided that the natural progression in my career was to become a real estate advisor. I find real estate incredibly interesting and rewarding as there is always something new to learn and amazing clients to meet.

I relocated to Southern Utah myself in pursuit of my other passion, rock climbing. My husband, who is a builder, and I designed and built our custom dream home close to some of the best climbing in the world. When I am not out in the field with clients you can find me rock climbing in the Utah Hills, playing the guitar on my patio, or in my garden with my furry friends and husband Bill. I would be honored to assist you in your journey.
